Flowers for peace

On Sunday evening I attended a yoga session – with a difference.

In the centre of the room the carpet was strewn with flowers – simple garden flowers, nasturtiums of yellows, reds, oranges…and nestled amongst their green open leaves were  gently moving candle flames.

The atmosphere was peace and  harmony.

The simple nasturtium…who would have thought ?  Since then, I have gathered a few from the garden each morning and put them on the office table in each serviced office at the business centre.  Delightful.
